At Spotlight is a prestigious nationwide online talent hunt initiative by Freemans Studio, created with a vision to discover, nurture, and elevate exceptional talent from every corner of India. We believe that extraordinary talent exists everywhere in schools, colleges, towns, villages, and cities,waiting for the right opportunity to shine..
Our mission is to provide aspiring singers, actors, dancers, models, musicians, performers, and content creators with a powerful platform where their talent can be recognized and transformed into professional opportunities.
Through Spotlight, selected participants will get the chance to showcase their abilities and become a part of our upcoming music videos, films, web series, digital productions, and various entertainment projects. .

Where Dreams Meet Opportunities. .
1. Participation in Spotlight is open only to students studying in Classes 9th to 12th.
2.The entire audition and selection process is fully digitized. Candidates are welcome to participate from any preferred location, including their own homes. However, please ensure your chosen space satisfies all technical and environmental criteria required for a successful virtual evaluation.
3. Participants must record their dance or acting performance using their own mobile phones and submit the video through the official submission process.
4. Participants may wear any decent and appropriate outfit while recording their performance video. Any costume containing offensive, obscene, or inappropriate content may lead to disqualification.
5. Since participants are minors, they must obtain permission and support from their parents or legal guardians before submitting their performance.
6. The selection of participants shall be made solely by the Spotlight Selection Team. The decision of the jury and management shall be final and binding.
7. A non-refundable registration fee of ₹499 must be paid by every participant to complete the registration process.
8. Submission of the registration fee does not guarantee selection in the event.
9. Participants must ensure that the submitted video is original and does not violate any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
10. Any misleading information, fake identity, edited performance intended to misrepresent talent, or violation of these rules may result in immediate disqualification.
11. Selected participants will be informed through the official communication channels provided during registration.
12. After selection, travel, accommodation, and related arrangements for the official shoot will be provided by the company as per company policy.
13. The shooting locations for selected participants will be in Bhopal, Sagar, and nearby areas only.
14. Participants and their guardians agree that Spotlight and Freemans Studio may use submitted videos, photographs, and recorded content for promotional, marketing, social media, and broadcast purposes without additional compensation.
15. Participants are responsible for providing accurate contact details during registration.
16. The organizers reserve the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.
17. By registering for Spotlight, participants and their parents/guardians agree to abide by all the above Terms & Conditions.
18. Participants may submit only one entry per category (Dance or Acting), unless otherwise specified by the organizers.
19. The submitted audition video should be clear, audible, and recorded in good lighting. Poor-quality videos may affect the selection process.
20. Videos containing abusive language, violence, nudity, hate speech, or any inappropriate content will be rejected immediately.
21. Participants must ensure that all information provided during registration is true and accurate. Any false information may lead to disqualification.
22. The organizers reserve the right to reject any entry that does not meet the eligibility criteria or violates the rules of the event.
23. Participants should not add excessive visual effects, filters, or editing that may misrepresent their actual talent.
24. In case a participant is selected, they may be required to provide valid proof of age and school identity.
25. Selected participants must be available on the dates communicated by the organizers for rehearsals, workshops, or shooting.
26. Failure to respond to official communication within the specified time may result in cancellation of selection.
27. Any form of misconduct, indiscipline, or violation of event rules may lead to immediate disqualification without refund.
28. The organizers shall not be responsible for technical issues such as internet failure, upload errors, or device malfunction during the audition submission process.
29. The organizers reserve the right to amend, modify, or interpret these Terms & Conditions at their sole discretion.
30. Any dispute arising in connection with the event shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Madhya Pradesh, India.
31. Participation in the event constitutes full acceptance of all rules, regulations, and decisions made by the organizers.
Participants and their parents/guardians are encouraged to actively support and promote Spotlight through their personal social media platforms.
Participants may share, repost, and promote official Spotlight promotional materials, including but not limited to brochures, posters, flyers, teasers, announcements, and other promotional content released by Freemans Studio and Freemans Music.
Selected participants may be required to post, share, or repost official promotional content related to Spotlight and the project "Reminiscence" on their social media accounts as part of promotional activities.
Active participation in promotional campaigns helps increase the visibility of the project and supports the growth of all participating artists.
Participants are expected to maintain a positive and respectful online presence while representing Spotlight, Freemans Studio, and Freemans Music.
The organizers reserve the right to feature participants' photographs, videos, social media posts, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content for promotional and marketing purposes across all official platforms.
Failure to participate in essential promotional activities may be taken into consideration during the overall engagement and participation assessment of the project.

If one or more students from your school are selected through our talent hunt, Freemans Studio will proudly recognize and promote your institution as a Talent Partner School.
As a valued Partner School, you will receive 20% of the registration fee for every participant who successfully registers through your school.
The commission will be calculated based on the registration fees of eligible participants and will be transferred to the school after the registration process is completed, subject to verification.
This initiative is designed to encourage schools to actively support and promote student participation while building a long-term partnership with the event organizers.
